you must live in the San Francisco Bay Area and you must request your free test by phone.
Call
1-888-252-1822 10am - 6pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Promotion is limited to one ept Pregnancy Test per address.

Recipient must live in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, San
Francisco or San Mateo.

Supplies are limited. Tests will be given away only while supplies last.

No medical advice will be given over the phone.

First Resort has the right to decline a request for a free ept
Pregnancy Test.

you have not missed a period, the test may not be accurate.
